Everything is so stressful right now. I just had to cram for my finals and now I still have to finish my Christmas shopping! The only reason I'm still sane is because of my Bath and Body Stress Relieving Lotion and Body Wash. When ever I use it and inhale it feels like all my problems melt away. I got it last Christmas as a gift and I've loved it ever since. It has Australian Eucalyptus Oil and American Spearmint in it. These to ingredients are proven to help relax the body. The Aborigines believed Eucalyptus cleared the head and warded off evil thoughts. Another plus about this lotion is there is an added Soybean Oil to nourish and protect your skin! This would be the perfect gift to an worry wart! Happy Holidays!

Pimple problems? Well I have help for you! I researched and narrowed down the best tips on covering up acne.
Never pop your pimple. The puss that comes out of it will contaminate the area and can cause an infection, scar, or more pimples. If you must pop it, take two tissues and wrap them around your index fingers and pop the pimple. Then wash your hands right after.
First use your concealer, use a brush to apply so this won't contaminate your concealer stick.
Then after apply your foundation. After that use powder to set the foundation.
If you skin tends to get oily throughout the day its best to keep blotting sheets in your pocket or purse! They really work, remember blot, not smear.
If your trying to cover up a zit that's bright red use a green concealer stick to counteract with the red.
If you prefer not to use a lot of make-up when covering up blemishes then try to use a medicated tinted moisturizer. It will hid the blemish but slowly get rid of it. When using the medicated tinted moisturizer ONLY use it where your pimples are, then use a regular tinted moisturizer around the rest of your face. If you use the medicated one all over your face it can cause your face to get very dry and peel.
If you have a pressure pimple then get a hot wash cloth and set it on the pimple for about five minutes or until the wash cloth cools. Then the center of the pimple with rise to the surface and pop. After that happens quickly wipe or wash your face.
Also to prevent what you may think may become an acne scar, use Mederma once a night on the area.
To prevent acne wash your face twice a day in the morning and at night.
Never sleep with your make-up on. This can clog your pores and cause acne.
Use an astringent right after you wash your face to prevent acne. Then apply a good moisturizer with an SPF.
Try not to touch your face when your hands are sweaty or dirty. This will help to keep germs away from your face.

Now people will be saying this to you when they see you in the morning with a glowing face. Sure you may not of gotten the recommended nine hours of sleep for teenagers, but you could always fake it? Sometimes you just feel groggy the whole day but don't let that effect your make-up! The best way to make your face glow is using an illuminator. I recommend Neutrogena Mineral Sheers. It has a hint of glimmer to it so your face will look beautiful in the sun. Also if you want to make your morning routine faster you could always buy a tinted moisturizer that has an illuminator in is such as Stila Illuminating Face Tint. I always use an illuminator, I always get compliments of how well rested I look. The best places to apply the illuminator is your cheeks, chin, and forehead.

For today's tip, I was surfing the web and came across it. If you want baby soft skin the add milk to your bath! Yes, this sounds kinda weird, but there has been feedback that it works very well! It also works as an exfoliator, You just add two cups of powdered milk into your bath and relax! It nourishes your skin and makes it look lighter and brighter! Did you know that Cleopatra used to bathe in milk? So I guess this beauty tip is pretty old and must work! Happy Holidays!

Go inside and snuggle up with a cup of tea! One thing about Winter that I love is the cozy warm feeling you get when your inside wrapped around a blanket. One of my favorite drinks I love to have during winter is either peppermint tea or hot chocolate. Now usually when I drink a hot drink its before I go to bed. So I like to stay away from chocolate because sometimes it will keep me up. So I drink Celestial Seasonings Peppermint Herbal Tea. I just brew it about a half an hour before I go to bed and drink it while reading a book. Its very relaxing after a stressful day of school. Then as soon as I'm done I fall right asleep. Celestial Seasonings Tea is fantastic because they have over 20 different types of tea. You can get hot tea or iced tea and they all taste so delicious. In the summer I like to make the iced tea and sit out by my pool and tan or read a book. This is something I enjoy to do when I have nothing going on.
Have a pepperminty day!

What are you going to do?! Your low on cash and you have to buy a ton of Christmas gifts! Well don't worry, your not the only one. The economy is getting worse by the second and Christmas can be a little bit on the expensive side. Well I have a solution for you! I have a lot of friends that I give gifts to around Christmas and it becomes costly. I don't wanna be rude and get them something cheap if they get me something really nice. So I make homemade gifts, and I save probably about $30-$60. I love to bake so I incorporated my baking skills into my creativity skills and I bake sweets from scratch. Such as, brownies, cookies, cupcakes, and sometimes even chocolate covered pretzels. Last year I made chocolate covered pretzels and my friends absolutely loved it. I even had one of my friends this year tell me that they were excited about what I'm making for Christmas this year! I was so happy. This year I'm going to make Andes Mint Chocolate Brownies. So this time I cheated a little and bought a huge pack of the baking mix. The reason I did this is because I'm making brownies for out of state family and friends. On black Friday I went to Target and I found a Ghiradelli Brownie Baking Mix and you can make four batches of a dozen, and it only costs $8! I was so amazed, then I bought the Andes mints on the side to add and I bought cute Christmas bags to put them in. Hopefully that will help you save some money. Feel free to comment or email me any questions you have. Happy Holidays! Click here for recipes.
