Urban Decay Alice in Wonderland Palette Dupes.

Now as you may have know by now, Urban Decay's Alice in Wonderland Palette is sold out! Before you start searching for one on ebay, read this post! I was looking at a tester of the palette at Sephora. As I was looking at the shadows I was swatching them on the back of my hand. I was deciding whether or not I really wanted one or not (before they were sold out). Then, I realized that the shadows I swatched looked a lot like ones I already had. It ended up they were all shadows that were already out as singles or in palettes but just renamed. I played around more with the single eye shadows until I got matches and I researched more about it. The names of the shadows in blue are from the Alice Palette while the other names in green are normal single shadows you could purchase from Urban Decay.

  • Underland - Flash
  • Alice - Painkiller
  • Chessur- Chopper
  • White Rabbit - Polyester Bride
  • Oraculum- Baked

Urban Decay Fall Collection

Recently, Urban Decay came out with a Fall make-up collection. I checked it out in stores and its fantastic. Once I get a chance I am for sure going to buy at least two things from this collection. I love basically everything that came out. They had three new deluxe eye shadows, face primers, lip primer, eye lash primer, ink for eyes liner, three new lipsticks, two new lip liners, new shades of surreal skin mineral make-up, and surreal skin cream-to-powder foundation. So they pretty much have it going on right now! Also, they will soon be releasing two new shades of Pocket Rockets! Below I will be listing all the new products and their color description.

Brightening Complexion Primer Potion:
This product helps skin feel tight and moisturized will adding a brightened awake look. This is perfect for those day where you wake up late or stayed up a bit too late last night. Urban Decay states you can put it over dark circles or bags underneath your eyes and it'll make them disappear! They also state that it will reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Pore Perfection Complexion Primer Potion:
This product is suppose to eliminate the appearance of pores and fine lines on your face. You can wear it alone to make your face feel velvety soft or wear it underneath foundation. It is also suppose to make your skin have that airbrush look.

Lip Primer Potion:
This product helps your lipstick last longer and appear brighter without feeling too chalky or like paste. It is also suppose to make them soft, not allow the lipstick to feather, and appear smoother. It has SPF 15 in it and Vitamins C, D, and E.

Eyelash Primer Potion:
This product is suppose to make eyelashes thicker, longer, and clump-free. It also states it will help them look smoother. The product is protein enriched and is paraben free. It goes on white and dries clear so when you apply it you know where you are putting it.

The products I'm loving from this collection that I have tried in stores are the face primers, Freakshow eye shadow, Ruthless eye shadow, Naked lipstick, and the eye lash primer potion. The pictures shown above of the products all belong to Urban Decay.

Forth of July Make-up!

Happy Forth of July! Hope you everyone has a great and safe weekend! I love fireworks (: Sorry this is a day late, for some reason yesterday blogger would not cooperate and I couldn't get the pictures up! ): Now I did a quick look but I'm in Hastings, Nebraska visiting my grandparents so I didn't have all of my make-up sadly ): So I tried my best with what I have!

Products I used:

Urban Decay Sustainable Palette (The colors Uzi and Kitty Pool)
Hot Mama Blush (Used as a blush and eyeshadow)

Urban Decay 24/7 Eyeliner in Yeyo
Urban Decay Heavy Metal Glitter Liner in Spandex
Maybelline Lash Stiletto

First I applied Hot Mama Blush (as an eye shadow), all over my lid. Then I took the color kiddie pool and applied that into my crease. After, I took Uzi and tapped my eyeshadow on the side of my wrist to get most of the glitter fall out off the brush. Then I applied into the inner corners of my eye. Then I took a slanted eyeliner brush and took Uzi and did the same tapping motion and applied it on my lower lash line. Once I was done with that I took Yeyo and applied to my waterline. Once that was done I applied my mascara. Then I took my heavy metal glitter liner and put some onto an eyeshadow brush, then I patted onto the color kiddie pool. Now your finished (: I hope you enjoy this look and I apologize for it being late and not that creative.

P.S Click on the pictures to make them bigger! (:

Look Of The Day!

Well, technically it was last weeks look but its all good (: I figured you guys would still like it anyway! Its a Smokey burgundy/pinkish eye.

What I used:

Urban Decay Primer Potion
Urban Decay Shadow in Sin
Urban Decay Shadow in Last Call
Urban Decay Shadow in Maui Wowie
Urban Decay 24/7 Liner in Bourbon
Urban Decay 24/7 Liner in Yeyo
Clinique Lash Doubling Mascara
Bare Minerals All Over Face Color in Bare Radiance
The Balm Hot Mama Blush

Here's a quick summery of what I did!

First, I applied Urban Decay Primer Potion. Then, I added Sin as my base color. After Sin, I lightly dusted Last Call all over my lid until it was even coloring. Then I pulled up the shadow a bit to give it that harsh edge cat eye effect. (You can use tape for a guideline if you need too!) Once I did that I took Maui Wowie and started in the middle of my lid and blended left to right until it faded. (Don't use too much Maui Wowie) After all of that I took Yeyo and lined my upper lid and waterline to give the wide eye look to my eyes. Then I lined my lower lash line with Bourbon. Apply about two to three full coats of mascara. Then start on your face make-up. Lightly dust Bare Radiance all over your face to give you that healthy glow. Then apply Hot Mama Blush to the apples of your cheeks. Voila, your finished!

Urban Decay New Products!

About 1-2 weeks ago Urban Decay came out with new stuff, they have a new and improved Skyscraper Mascara, Water-proof Fatty Lash Mascara, Pocket Rocket Lip Gloss, Midnight Cowboy Shimmer Lotion, and Get Baked Eyeshadow Palette. I can't wait to run out and buy some of these products! So far, I have heard great reviews on them!

Now what's new about the Skyscraper Mascara is it has a brand new bottle, mascara wand, and even formula! The new formula is suppose to lengthen, strengthen, separate, curl, brighten, and thicken your lashes without any clumping or flaking! The new mascara wand is longer and more flexible so it can grab your lashes and get it from root to tip. Now I have not tried this product yet but I am saying that it is worthy to go to an Ulta or Sephora to look at the display ones set out to play with! Also this product isn't test on animals (:
"The multi-benefit formula actually nourishes lashes. Luxe ingredients like Panthenol and vegetal ceramids condition and strengthen. Silk protein protects, and Vitamins C and E serve as powerful antioxidants. Filming agents even encourage a gentle curling. Lashes are long, strong, and feather-soft," - Urban Decay.

Finally, what we have all been waiting for....FATTY LASH MASCARA IS NOW GOING WATER-PROOF! This one product that I am defiantly excited to buy. I have only tried Fatty Lash Mascara a few times but I have already fallen in love with it. Right when I put it on it lengthened, thickened, and made my eye lashes look amazing! Fatty Lash Mascara has a huge mascara wand that will grasp all your lashes in no more than a few swipes. The formula is infused with hemp oil to keep your lashes healthy and since its Urban Decay it defiantly does not test on animals.

Pocket Rocket Lip Gloss is a cute, chic, and hott way to carry your lip gloss. Now you guys are probably wondering why I said hott and not hot? Well its because there are gorgeous male models on the front of it. Each lip gloss tells a short summary about the guy. Then if you tilt it to the side just a little bit, BAM the guy stands only in his undies! Now that's why I said hott. There are many different colors (or should I say men) to choose from. The colors range from bright reds to a sheer nude. Almost all of them have a pretty sparkle to them! The gloss formula is very cushiony on your lips and each has a crème brûlée flavor! There is a special ingredient in the formula that keeps your lips hydrated and fills in fine lines. Also the application wand is perfect for blending!

Midnight Cowboy Shimmer Lotion is probably going to be one of the highest rated shimmer lotions ever! I can just tell because first the eye shadow everyone loves, then the glitter eyeliner, then a lipstick, and now this! This lotion is paraben-free and leaves skin soft with aloe, chamomile, avocado, and jojoba oils. Then it has Vitamin E and Green Tea Extracts in it that serve as an antioxidant for the skin. No greasy hands from the lotion either! The lotion has a light milk-honey fragrance that won't clash with your perfume that you put on over it and can still be smelt if it was to be worn alone.

"We all know it: Mini skirts, halters, and bikinis look better with hydrated, radiant skin. Enter Midnight Cowboy Shimmer Body Lotion! Inspired by our best-selling Eyeshadow, this shimmering lotion is a veil of gold dust that leaves you looking like a million bucks. Midnight Cowboy contains the perfect amount of light reflecting micro-sparkles, but never looks juvenile, chunky, or theatrical. The beautiful sheen is subtle enough to wear to the beach, and glamorous enough to enhance your little black dress."-Urban Decay.
The Get Baked Eye Shadow Palette comes with four eye shadows, one eyeliner, and a mini trial size of Urban Decay Primer Potion in Sin. This is one heck of a deal! The eye shadows that come with it are called Flipside, Baked, Half-Baked, and Twice-Baked. All the colors go amazing together or alone! There are so many different looks you could make with this palette as well! The
palette is small enough for your purse but yet bold enough for your whole make-up collection! The name of the eye liner that comes with it is called Bourbon. Its a beautiful brown (that I have myself and LOVE) that looks great with a dramatic eye or subtle.
