All-In Yoga App For Your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad!

Every morning before I get ready to go to school I like to practice Yoga for 30 minutes to an hour outside in my backyard. It makes me feel zen and energized for the day. I feel so in touch with my body. I've been practicing Yoga for almost 4 years now so I'm pretty in-the-know about poses but sometimes I want to try something new. A few days ago I was looking through the itouch apps and I came across All-In Yoga. I read the reviews on it and they all were positive. I ended up buying it to try something new and because it was only three dollars. I am extremely pleased. There are many awesome features on this app that could really improve your practice.
                      A few are:
  • Muscle diagrams of poses
  • Videos for how to get into a pose
  • Text-To-Speech
  • Make-Your-Own Routine Option
  • Already made routines
For three dollars this app is amazing. I have already learned three new poses safely and I don't ever have to worry about doing them wrong. Its great for all levels and when browsing the poses they are separated by experience. There are four levels beginner, intermediate, advanced, and guru! I recommend this app to all levels of yogis!

Happy Fourth of July!

I feel that the Fourth of July really puts you in that Summer mood! I'm totally excited for fireworks (: I know that many of my readers out there are trying to stay healthy and not eat a lot of junk food! So, I wanted to share with you guys a couple recipes that I'm making with my dad today and a few tips on how to snack lightly!

  • First off, don't be too uptight on what you eat today, meaning, allow yourself so wiggle room. Just think, you can work extra hard on your workout tomorrow and be fine. The more you restrict yourself, the more likely you will binge!
  • If you have already started munching on all the junk food and can't stop, don't beat yourself up about. There's always a new day tomorrow. I like to do a detox the day after I eat super unhealthy meaning drinking nothing but water the day after and munching on fruits and veggies all day. Also remember, one pound is equal to 3,500 calories.
  • Before you eat, drink a glass of water it will fill up a little bit of space in your stomach and not make you over eat.
  • If your craving something sweet, try adding a low-cal Crystal Light packet to your water to curve your sweet tooth. If your still craving whatever it is after 20 minutes, then go ahead and have a piece of the darn thing! Just make it a reasonably sized one!
  • When at parties, try to stay away from the snack table. For instance, don't stand and chat by it that will make you more likely to grab things to snack on.
  • If you think that there won't be any healthy snacks, pack your own. ( I always pack a couple things just in case.) A few of my favorite things to pack are portion controlled low-fat chips, an apple or a kiwi, grapes, edamame, and a granola bar.
  • If you want to snack on things go for things that aren't too sugary, fried, or grease soaked. So if you want chips, lean more toward the ones that have less grease.
This Forth of July my parents are trying to watch what they eat. Our family decided to make  kabobs on the grill, which is extremely easy and fun. Each person in our family is able to customize their kabob. There really isn't a recipe we use for this because we just pick out stuff that sounds good. All you need is skewers and your good to go. We like to put things like shrimp, scallops, lean mean, chicken, green and red peppers, mushrooms, and more! Of course, those don't all go on one. We usually pick three to four things we like and create a pattern on the skewer. Another great thing about kabobs is, you can make dessert ones too! We like to buy apples, pineapple, mango, and strawberries. Then you place them on the skewers and grill them until they get a nice golden color.  Squeeze a bit of lemon juice on them to add a little bit to the flavor. Then you can either allow them to cool and drizzle with a bit of white and milk chocolate or create a special dip for them. The dip is very simple, its just plain vanilla yogurt with cinnamon added to your taste. Once you've mixed that together, your finished!

You Can Spin It!

I'm really into staying in shape and eating healthy. I love trying new things and challenging my fitness level! I know that there are many people out there that are trying to get into shape but get bored with the same old routine on the elliptical or are scared at the thought of running; I know that I used to be that way! I actually suffer from allergy induced asthma meaning, that when a normal person's allergies act up and they get itchy watery eyes or a runny nose, I get the feeling of a tight and heavy chest. It feels as if I had an elephant sitting on my chest and I need to take super deep breaths in order to breathe properly. The only way I was able to relieve the feeling temporary was to take puffs from my inhaler, which I absolutely hated. My inhaler made me feel jittery and like I couldn't sit still. One day I turned toward exercise just to see if it would help, and it sort of did. Granite, it didn't work on the first day I exercised, but I promised myself to stick with it for at least a month to see if there would be any results. The first full fledged cardio activity I got into was Spinning. Spinning is indoor cycling class that is usually held at a gym. Its great during those hot Summers when you don't want to exercise outdoors! When I first started it I was terrified that I wasn't going to be able to keep up because I felt as if it were only people that were in shape were going to the classes. Luckily, that was not the case, Spinning is a great workout that is low impact on your joints and you can take it at your own level. I've been doing Spin (and other workouts) at the gym for over 2 years now and I absolutely love it! My lungs have become a lot stronger and things that I never imagined doing before I am now able to do it. I don't even need my inhaler anymore because of my strength now. I highly recommend finding a gym near you that offers Spin classes. You can visit this website and get a free pass to take a class! All you have to do is type your zip code in the box at the top of the page. Then a list of gyms near you that hold the classes will pop up. Look for an icon on the side that says "Free Pass," that means that you can take this class for free once. Click the icon and print out your free pass. Then grab your gym gear and your good to go!

Quick Update!

Hey everyone! Just wanted to give you guys an update on where I've been the last month! I've just been so busy I haven't had any time! I just finished taking my ACT and SAT tests for school a few weeks ago. Then I've been having dance rehearsals like crazy for the past two weeks! Then all of this week I had 3 dance concerts. Lastly, I just finished my first Triathlon today which was really exciting for me (: I finished first in my age group! I probably won't be posting for a bit until like the beginning of June because I will be studying for my finals at school all of this week and then next week I'll be taking them! The week after that I will FINALLY be coming to an end to my Junior year in High School! Its so crazy how fast it goes, I can't believe I'm almost a Senior! AHHHH! It scares me sometimes to think about it! Anyway, I'm starting to ramble, so expect to see more regular blog posting in June! Hope you all have a fantastic rest of the Month!

How To Get Fabulous Flat Abs!

This has been a very popular question that people all around the world want the answer to. Its pretty simple, and I'm not just saying that. Its a few simple lifestyle changes. Such as working out more often, limiting sugar, and eating flat belly friendly foods! I will try to make this into a series so that I focus on one part of the body each post (i.e. legs, arms, etc). Now first, onto the exercise!

Exercising;
Tons of people have made the mistake of assuming that the only way to get a flat tummy its to do hundreds and hundreds of crunches. Well, that is part of it but not all of it. You actually have to do Cardio along with all the crunches! Yeah, you heard me! The reason why is when you get your heart rate up that speeds up the fat burning process, which leads to burning belly fat and fat other places! Have a sweat session also will slightly increase your metabolism leading you to burn fat all throughout the day more than you usually would. See how Cardio is an important factor? So, try to keep a steady Cardio plan to do along with the exercises I'm about to explain. Cardio includes anything that gets your heart pumping! It could be dancing (Zumba!), swimming, running, cycling, power walking, or hiking! (Of course there's always more than those options too!) Now FINALLY, on to my ab workouts! The only equipment you need is a Yoga Mat which is optional and 3-8 pound dumbbells! P.S "A" is the beginning pose and "B" is the ending pose.

 A)
B)
3 Count Leg Lowers 10 Repetitions- Place your hands lightly behind your head and raise your head only off of the pat. Lower legs down in three counts then in one count pull them back to the beginning pose without using momentum.

3 Count Leg Lifts 10 Repetitions- This is the same as the exercise above accept reversed. So starting down ("B" would be the beginning pose now) and raise your legs in three counts then in one count lower them back into the beginning pose.

Bicycle 30 Seconds (Fast or Slow)- Place your hands gently behind your head. Then pull one knee into your chest while extending the other leg. Twist toward the knee that's into your chest. Its as if you were trying to touch your shoulder to your knee while keeping your arms extended, so you can't see them when you look straight forward. Then switch and pull the other leg in and twist the other way.

A)
B)

Dead Bug 12 Repetitions- Start with arms crossed over your chest and your knees lifted at a 90 degree angle (Picture "A"). Then extend your legs out as if you were trying to touch something far away with your feet. (Picture "B")

Crunches With Knees Down 20 Repetitions- This is just your basic crunch. Place your hands lightly behind your head without interlacing the fingers. Then try to lift your shoulders off of your mat. When doing this exercise try not to have your chin to your chest or you chin to the ceiling. Also, avoid pulling on the neck.

Crunches With Knees Up 20 Repetitions- Same crunch as the exercise above but while holding your knees at a 90 degree angle.

Crunches With Legs Up 20 Repetitions- Once again, same exercise as the "Crunch with Knees Down" but you have your legs extended in the air.

Ankle Touchers 20 Repetitions- Lie flat on your back with your knees bent and feet out far enough that you can't touch your ankles just lying there. Lift your shoulders off of the mat. Then extend and lift your arms along side of you. Try to lean to one side and touch your ankle. (When you do it right, you should feel a very tight feeling in your side, this is working your Obliques which are your side abs.) Once you lean to once side, reach toward the other side and touch the other ankle. Once on each side is considered once. So you would reach right then left and that'd be considered one.

Ankle Reaches With Weights 20 Repetition- This is similar to the "Ankle Touches" but your standing. It targets the same area of the abs. First, stand up straight with your legs at hip distance. With your arms down at your sides holding 3-8 pound dumbbells. Reach down once side of your body and then come back to center. Then reach to the opposite side. Once again, doing one on each side is considered one.

Oblique Crunches 20 Repetitions Each Side- Lie flat on your back and extend one arm to the side and place the other behind your head. The side that the arm is extended on that leg will cross over your other legs knee. So if you have your left arm extended you will cross your left leg over your right knee. Raise up like you are trying to touch your shoulder to your knee but keeping your arms the way they arm. Then switch and do the opposite side.

Eating Right:

Another huge role in the process to getting flat abs is eating healthy. If you try to cut out at least one bad thing a day it gets you one step closer to that amazing stomach you've always dreamed of!

What To Eat/Drink:
Fruits and Veggies
Whole Grain or Wheat Bread (Instead of White!)
Almonds (Natural fat fighters!)
Yogurt
Veggie Soup
Salmon and Halibut
Green Tea (Its a natural fat burner!)
TONS AND TONS AND TONS OF WATER! (I can't stress this enough that you need to drink tons of water!)

These foods/drinks are proven to be great for a flat belly! Just make sure you watch your serving sizes, accept for the fruits and veggies you can have as many of those as you want!

What Not To Eat/Drink:

Foods that are high in bad fat, unhealthy carbs, and sugar.
Soda

Its pretty easy to tell what you should and shouldn't eat. If you just start looking at the nutritional value you'll learn that not everything is flat belly friendly.

Tips:

When doing the exercises above and just whenever you remember to, pull your belly button into your stomach. That means always keep your abs tightened.

Sometimes when you feel hungry, your aren't actually hungry. Your body just gets confused with thirst. So before you start cooking up a meal. Drink a glass of water and see if that helps.

Blast fun music when working out, it'll make it go a lot faster.

Don't feel guilty if you splurge a bit on a fattening food or something, there's always the next day to fix it.

Keep a log of all your progress, its motivating and keeps you going toward your goal! Also, set a designated time to workout, it'll help you keep on track!

This is an actual picture of me and I wanted to put this in here to show you that it is possible! I'm proof and I actually practice what I preach! If you work hard enough you can get to your goals!

Wanna Start Yoga???

Recently, Yoga has been the new fitness buzz. Everyone talks about it celebrities, health networks, doctors, etc. If you have been interested in trying Yoga but have been procrastinating or just don't know how to get started, videos may be your best option! I have been practicing Yoga for about three years now. The way I first got started was through Gaiam Fitness Videos. This brought out my passion for Yoga. I find that even after having the worst day ever it can make me happy. It has been know to reduce stress, lengthen and sculpt muscles, stretch your body, and make you happier. Not to mention that it has great affects on your skin as well! Your almost always glowing after you practice it! The video that I first used to get into Yoga was called Quick Start Yoga For Weight Loss. The instructors name was Suzanne Deason and she is basically the Yoga Guru for the Gaiam website. She is very easy to follow, takes everything slow for beginners, and has a very soothing voice. When she explains each pose she gives examples that relate to every day life you so can understand it more thoroughly. She takes you through a series of poses that promote weight loss with healthy eating. I found that this video really gave me a jump start to becoming fit, I believe that if I hadn't started out with this video to begin with I wouldn't be as fit as I am today. The video contains two easy to follow videos, one is the weight loss program and the second one is an easy stretching/meditation sequence. The Meditation sequence is perfect for waking up in the morning or winding down at night. There is a guarantee on the website that if you do not like the dvd you can return it within a certain amount of days. But, I'm positive that you won't be sorry when you purchase this video. For equipment, all you need is a simple yoga mat, a yoga strap, and a yoga brick. You can all purchase these on the Gaiam website as well. I hope that this review will get you dying to try Yoga! If you enjoy learning about Yoga and want me to blog more about it or make up Yoga Workouts, make sure you comment below! Oh and don't forget, when practicing Yoga drink plenty of water (out of a re-usable water bottle of course, to save the planet! (:)! P.S There are two different covers for the dvd so make sure you double check the name!

Time Travelers Wife

So today I saw the new movie called The Time Travelers Wife. I have got to say that it is now one of my favorite chick flicks next to the notebook. I thought it was so adorable but yet heartbreaking. Its about a girl named Claire (Rachael McAdams) and when she was younger there was a "Time Traveler" that used to always somehow end up in her meadow where she played. Henry (Eric Bana), who is the time traveler, could not control his ability to travel. So it would happen at random times and when he would travel he would always show up naked at places. The little girl (Claire) became used to him showing up randomly. So, she started leaving clothes out for him so he wouldn't be naked. Over time he became her best friend. In real life Henry was actually traveling into the past, so in real time Claire is the same age as him. He works in a library and one day the bumped into each other. She remembers him but he doesn't remember her because he is visiting her in the future (I know hard to follow right?). So she asks him out to dinner and explains everything. He then realizes what is going on and after being with her he falls in love with her. Then they have a child and all the other events happen over time. I won't get too into the movie on my blog because I don't want to give away any special parts (: I highly recommend this movie! The only thing about the movie is you have to be into watching it. If you don't really care about the movie you won't be able to follow it very well and you could get very easily confused. Other than that I loved it, it makes me want to go and read the book very badly! This movie is a tad bit similar to The Notebook so if you liked that movie you'll LOVE this one! Plus it has the same actress that was in The Notebook, now I must say I love her acting. She is so real in all the films she's in and you can tell she's a hard working actress and really gets into her part!

Update!

Hey everyone! This post won't really have to do with beauty but it'll just be an update/vent about my life. So I was gone for a weekend to celebrate my 16th birthday! Woot! It was awesome I had so much fun I was up at the lake with the people I love to be around! I had a great time. Then I came home on Sunday, then on Monday the 27th I started school. I love my schedule and everything is great! I am a Junior in High school this year so this will probably be my toughest year. So I apologize in advanced because I might not be posting as much because I'll be having a lot of homework.
Wow, so this is kinda off subject but I have a legit stalker at my school, no joke. Its kind of starting to freak me out a bit, like to the point where I make sure I'm in a group when I walk to my next class. This kid is such a creep and doesn't take a hint! This grosses me out when I say this but, sadly I used to like him (when he was normal!) but he got all weird on me and was saying very sexual things to me that weren't normal like they were just creepy and gross!!! Finally I was just like that's it your a freak and stopped talking to him and started ignoring his text messages. Well, that plan FAILED MISERABLY because I stopped texting him but he still sent me FIVE texts a day and let me remind I did NOT I repeat did NOT reply to him at all. This went on for a month before I finally said something I just told him very politely I did not want to talk to him anymore (well not in those exact words but you get the point!) That maybe worked for a week then he started texting me again and he actually had the NERVE to ask me if my dad's business would sponsor his soccor time? In my head I was like Uhm NO! I know I sound really mean writing this but I swear I'm not mean! If you met this kid you would completely understand! Anyway, back to him actually stalking me. Last year in school I didn't seem him once during school. This year I see him everywhere! No joke, I see him every time I walk to class and he is always almost behind me. Its like he tries to find me. He pretty much knows my schedule now! I was walking to my medical career science class and he popped out of no where when I was alone and came running yelling my name to give me a hug. I didn't want to be mean so I gave him a hug back then I found my friends that were walking in front of me thank god and made a bee line toward them. I found out that he only targets me when I'm alone! Another weird thing is he walked up to my best friend at lunch when she wasn't with me and started talking to her about me, how I am, where I am, and why I haven't been responding to me. I almost walked over there to stand with her in the lunch line until I saw him over there; she said it was super creepy they way he was talking! Sorry guys I'm probably boring you with this but I needed to vent! Plus I have no idea what to do, do you guys have any advice for me and how to tell him to back off without making a scene???

Okay now on to something else haha, I haven't gotten my drivers license yet because I'm going to take a drivers ed so I'm better at driving then I'll be getting my license woo hoo! (: Oh and also today I applied at the Sprouts grocery store near me! I'm really anxious because I won't know if I'll get accepted to work there until a month or so! Haha it was so sad I went to get a application at a grocery store really close to me like so close I could walk and they totally rejected me! Haha the guy was like " I'm sorry but we aren't hiring right now, you could go apply over there at the computer (in a snotty tone he said that)! So I walk over there and the computer is completely broken! I was kinda sad ): Haha oh well the people who were working there were kind creepy anyway! I'm going to stop rambling now! Thank you for whoever actually read this whole blog! God bless you ! (:

UPDATE! I found out that my stalker is stalking other girls too! I feel like we should start a club or have a secret code word or something when they need to get away from him! Hahahaha

Easter!

For Easter my family and my friends family are getting together, so I was looking up some fun recipes to make for dinner or dessert! Then I found this really yummy one that's great for Easter! Its actually made with a few Peeps, you know, those little bunny and chick marshmallows! Yummy, so if you want to check it out click here!

Fun Facts:

  • In The 1950's it took 27 hours to make one single chick, now it takes only six minutes!
  • Each Peep has 32 calories and ZERO grams of fat!
  • There are enough Peeps made in one year that you could circle the Earth, twice!
  • Yellow is the number one color sold of the bunnies and chicks Peeps!
  • If you put a Peep in the microwave for 15-25 seconds it will expand over twice its size! Be careful though it could pop!

In's and Out's

I've decieded to do a products in's and out's. To show which ones I'm currently loving and which ones that aren't so much my favorite. Plus whatever else is on my mind! Hahah (:

In's-

One A Day Vitamin Teens- These things give me that extra kick in the morning !

Biore Cleansing Clothes- In like two swipes all my hard to remove make-up is off!

Frizz-Ease Heat Protecting Spray- This really eliminates some of my split ends!

Re-usable Water Bottles- I've been saving so much plastic by bringing on of these babies with me to my workout classes.

Cream Eyeshadow- For some reason right now I'm digging the cream shadow, its so smooth and easy to apply, it takes me like five seconds.

Out's

Empty Hair Spray Bottles- This pretty much says it all, I hate having to go out and buy another hair spray.

Clumpy Mascara- I think everyone pretty much agrees with this one, besides when has clumpy ever been in?

Crest Toothpaste- They test on animals, as soon as I finish off my tube I'm done with them until they come to their senses.

Annoying Alarm Clocks- I wish I had an alarm clock that has a pretty sound to wake me up soothingly!

Finishing Your Shampoo Before Your Conditioner- Ugh, this bugs me so much. I always finish my shampoo like five days before my conditioner.

Even though this isn't a tag I tag Livy from the blog Fresh Ideas For You!

Two Organic Face Mask Recipes!

So recently I bought a new book (well used) for two dollars off of Barns and Noble online. I was very excited. I actually bought three different books. If I bought them in store brand new it would of been 30 dollars for all free but I bought all three online for a little under 17 dollars with shipping included! I was very pleased. They were barely even used, just a few creases on the pages here and there, but I was fine with that! Now one of the books I found these great organic recipes for a face mask and body scrub. These are very good quality recipes because they are used at top spas all over the world. If you guys are interested in the book its called InSPAration. Not only does it have recipes for face masks but also ways to stay and eat healthy, exercises, and beauty tips! Now the two recipes that I found today are called Dazzling-Duo Organic Facial and Sweet-Stuff Scrub. These have been rated very high in the book.

Dazzling-Duo Organic Facial:

Must Have-
1 1/2 cups of water
2 chamomile teabags
1/4 cup of plain vanilla yogurt

1/4 cup of honey

Squeeze of Lemon Juice

1/4 cup dry oatmeal (not instant kind)

Unscented paper towels

Step I

  1. Boil 1 cup of the water and pour it into a wide bowl. Add the teabags and allow to steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Pour the yogurt honey, and lemon juice into anther bowl.
  3. In a third bowl, mix the oatmeal with the ½ cup of cool or lukewarm water.
  4. Wash your face with a gentle cleanser and pat dry. Then use your fingers to gently massage oatmeal mixture over your face, using a circular motion. Leave the mixture on for 5 minutes, then rinse with warm water and pat dry.

Step II

  1. Smooth an even layer of the honey-yogurt mask.
  2. Dip 5-8 paper towels, one by one, into the tea. Wring gently and place each on over a different are of your face to create the mummy effect. Leave your mouth and nostrils free so you can breathe easily. (hint: helps if your lying down they stay in place better)
  3. Relax for 15 minutes, then rinse your face again using cool water to seal in the moistures and close your pores against bacteria.

Sweet-Stuff Scrub:

Must Haves-

2 Egg Yolks

4 tablespoons honey
6 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil

1 tablespoon granulated sugar white or brown

Step I

  1. Drop the egg yolks into a small bowl and stir lightly. Add honey and oil, mix thoroughly Stir in the sugar and mix well. The goal is to achieve a nice slushy consistency, so add a little more oil or sugar as needed
  2. Get in the shower, and use a washcloth or loofah to massage the mixture onto wet skin. Rinse well with lukewarm water, then finish with a soothing moisturizer.

Super Bowl Sunday!

I'm terribly depressed that the Cardinals lost. I wanted to cry ): They deserved to win! They worked so hard! Its been 61 years since they have been in the Super Bowl. Anyway, I was going to tell you about my delicious dip I made today. Its a lot more festive than the other dips such as French Onion and Ranch. Its called the Eight Layer Dip. Its from my Hungry Girl Cook Book which I absolutely love! The recipe is here. It was such a hit at the Super Bowl party. So many people came back for seconds! It was almost all gone. I was very pleased to hear that so many people liked it. Plus its very simple to make that even beginners can make it! So next time you need an appetizer for a party try this eight layer dip!

Pilates with Ana Caban

I workout at least once a day, I love the feeling right after I do. It makes me feel energized and happy with my body. I've recently been into yoga and pilates. One of my favorite pilates instructors is Ana Caban, she's amazing! I have her DVD on pilates called Quick Start Pilates for Weight Loss. Not only is there a workout to either lose or maintain weight, there is also a workout to do in the morning to make you feel energized. Now for all you people out there that don't know what pilates is, its a combination between actual workouts and yoga. Its effective but yet calming. Its probably one of my favorite ways to workout! (Next to the wii fit of course ! (:) The workout I do most on this DVD is the 30-minute weight loss program. It tones all over your body. You use thigh, butt, abs, and much more! You definitely will feel the burn the next day, in a good way though! A few examples of the moves she shows are the pilates 100, the roll-up, and hip circles. Its the best bang for your buck! It costs fifteen dollars, and you can buy it at places like Target or even your book store! Expect more reviews about Ana Caban! (:

The Body Shop.

Do you remember that post I did about making your own perfume. Well I was trying to to it and I realized its such a hassle. So I've been going store to store to find ones that will mix different scents for me. The Body Shop does this. They will mix you lotion, body wash, or perfume. It costs the same amount as the already mixed product. There is no extra fee for adding scents. You just walk up to the counter and ask them about scent-me products. Scent-me products are the lotion, body wash, or perfume without the scent in it. Then you tell them the scents you want and they add it in. If you don't like the smells they mixed they will start a new one! My mother bought a lotion and scented it with sandalwood. When she put it on the scent was nice but not as strong. As the day went on the scent on her arm got stronger and stronger and it smelt fantastic. So the longer you wear it the more you smell it. The Body Shop is an organic store so all their products have natural ingredients. They are also against animal testing, so their products are cruelty-free! Click Here, to find a store near you!

Also going on right now almost the whole store is 50% off! So hurry in to one near you!

Deep breathing&relaxation!

Hello everyone. Today I tried a few new exercises. I tried yoga, core rhythms, and an exercise ball. I feel so refreshed! For yoga I got a video, mat, and 2 yoga bricks. The video was very relaxing and gave me an idea of how to stretch. If you go to a Target or Walmart and go to the sports section you can look and find a kit. The brand I recommend is Gaiam. Click here! The exercise ball I got came from Target and was only 9 dollars! Thats a great deal compared to 25 dollars. This exercise ball came with a hand pump and simple workouts to do. The core rhythms was a lot of fun. It is a fast paced dancing that tones your body at the same time. It mostly targets your abs, chest, and legs. I had a blast doing this on because it made my heart rate go up and I had fun. The music they use in the video also has a great beat to it. The instructors are very easy to watch and understand. Here is a website for it! I hope this puts you all in the exercising mood! Have a energy pumped day!
